GAD Info –– About Global Art Daily

Global Art Daily is an independent publication dedicated to global contemporary art. Born in Abu Dhabi in 2015, we are today comprised of young art critics spread throughout continents. Our contributors are both ‘cool-hunters’ and academically-inclined. They are globally-minded, often come from mixed cultural backgrounds themselves, and highlight artists and projects blurring national boundaries.

For the past five years, we have interviewed artists and dug deeper inside cultural scenes of 17 different cities. Our blog archive is available online. In 2018, we have also published two issues of GAD Magazine in Tokyo, Japan.
