Global Art Daily (GAD) is a digital publication that critically looks at contemporary art and exhibitions in the UAE, the GCC region, and beyond.

With the vision of facilitating dialogue between local art scenes of the global world, as well as capturing a portrait of a city’s cultural climate that one may not necessarily be able to Google, GAD has been publishing twice a year E-Issues that highlight a city and its contemporary arts and cultural scenes.

GAD E-Issue 08 ICN will focus on Seoul’s thriving contemporary art scene.

We are looking for reviews of exhibitions that are taking place or took place in Seoul, South Korea, between August 2023 to January 2024 to be published in E-issue 08 in Spring 2024.

Please read the following guidelines thoroughly before you submit your piece. Your submission may be lost if you do not follow the guidelines.

Thank you for your interest, and we look forward to receiving your submission!

Please note that all contributions are on a volunteer-basis, unless otherwise stipulated. We are unfortunately not able to compensate our writers at this time. We welcome new writers and young voices and provide our editing assistance in-kind.

Global Art Daily (GAD) 는 2015년 아랍에미리트 아부다비에서 창간, 동시대미술과 전시를 평론하는 독립 잡지입니다. 다양한 지역 동시대아트씬 간 대화의 장을 구축하고, 인터넷 검색만으로는 알 수 없는 현지 아트씬의 흐름을 보여주자는 비전을 가지고 한 해에 두 번, 다양한 도시의 동시대아트씬을 조명하는 웹진 (E-Issue) 을 발행하고 있습니다.

E-Issue 8호는 서울의 동시대아트씬을 조명할 예정으로, 2023년 8월 - 2024년 1월 한국에서 개최된 동시대미술 전시 리뷰를 모집하고 있습니다.

송고하시기 전, 아래 지침을 잘 읽어주시기 바랍니다. 관심 가져주셔서 감사합니다!
